Legalum Group aims for clear billing practices. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.

Annual subscriptions

Annual plans may qualify for a prorated refund within 30 days of initial purchase if documented requirements agreed during sales are not met. Contact billing@legalumgroup.info.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data export is available for 30 days after termination upon request.

Enterprise agreements

Signed enterprise contracts may include different terms that supersede this policy.
